Most of our clients are building remotely, often from another country. The work is set up so the project can be managed remotely with full confidence \u2014 regular updates, clear decision points, and one trusted person on the ground in Marbella looking after the day-to-day. Site visits become a pleasure, not a fire-fighting exercise.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

Good project management more than pays for itself. The cost of an experienced manager is small compared to the cost of avoidable problems \u2014 a poorly chosen contractor, an over-priced supplier, a delay that pushes completion into the next season, or a design decision that quietly hurts resale value.
