Alcantara Projects is led by Alistair Stephenson, based in Marbella since 2002. From design and planning through construction and handover, every part of the project is coordinated by one person — so the client always knows where things stand, what comes next, and that the projects in experienced hands.
We put together the right team for the project and run it from start to finish — architects, contractors, and every specialist trade in between. Clients deal with one person rather than ten.
Most of our clients are building remotely, often from another country. The work is set up so the project can be managed remotely with full confidence — regular updates, clear decision points, and one trusted person on the ground in Marbella looking after the day-to-day. Site visits become a pleasure, not a fire-fighting exercise.
Good project management more than pays for itself. The cost of an experienced manager is small compared to the cost of avoidable problems — a poorly chosen contractor, an over-priced supplier, a delay that pushes completion into the next season, or a design decision that quietly hurts resale value. Most of what we do is prevent those things from happening.
